Things to Note

  1. Complete the following details in the postal remittance form:
    1. Account number: 17773833
    2. Account name: Taipei Motor Vehicle Services Office
    3. Remitter code: 1+ I.D. number (for instance: 1K121533397)
  2. Please send all the required documents on the date of remittance (Address: 7, Lane 248, Chung-Chen Rod, Sulin, Taipei. Attention to: License Renewal Section)
  3. Please leave your daytime contact number for the various applications.
  4. Destroy your old license when the new one has been issued to you or you shall be subject to the applicable legal liabilities.
  5. Please pay your traffic violation fines prior to submitting your application. Infringement inquiry hotline: 02-26884366 ext (motorcycle:601-605) (automobile: 501-510).
